Police have been raiding the homes of suspected troublemakers across the country as the crackdown on those involved in unrest intensifies
More than 1,500 people have been arrested in connection with disorder that wreaked havoc in English cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester and Nottingham.
Large numbers of officers have been conducting raids in each of those cities, as senior police continued to issue hardline warnings to troublemakers.

Four arrests were made during raids related to the violent scenes – which caused up to £1m worth of damage – and suspects were dragged from homes in Pimlico, central London.
