David Cameron today announced Parliament will be recalled for a day to consider the riots which have swept across the country.
The Prime Minister returned from his Italian holiday overnight as the violence in London spread to other cities.
MPs will meet on Thursday to discuss the trouble – and the PM vowed the Government would do “everything necessary to restore order to Britain’s streets and to make them safe for the law abiding”. Continue reading
